Aluminium Alloy Wire Rods

Aluminum wire rods are manufactured in-house with a robust production capacity of 80 tonnes per day, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality material for conductor manufacturing. Available in 5 mm to 9.5 mm diameter, our wire rods come in both electrical conductor grade and alloy grades, including 6201 alloy (T-4 and M-M temper – online solutionised). These rods are extensively used in the production of high-strength overhead conductors and power cables. We also produce 6061 aluminum alloy, renowned for its versatility, strength, corrosion resistance, and excellent weldability. This alloy finds broad application across industries in structural components, welded assemblies, pipes, fasteners, electronic parts, and more, making it a preferred choice for both electrical and mechanical uses.
