HTLS Conductors are state-of-the-art overhead transmission conductors designed for high-temperature operation (150°C to 250°C) while maintaining significantly lower sag, higher ampacity, and superior long-term mechanical performance.
We are in active collaboration with TS Conductor Inc., USA, for the supply of AECC (Aluminum Encapsulated Carbon Core) technology and the manufacturing of next-generation HTLS conductors in India.
This partnership enables us to offer advanced conductor solutions that combine U.S. technology leadership with Indian manufacturing capability and cost efficiency.
Our product portfolio also includes customizable AECC/HTLS variants and composite-core configurations, including designs with up to 61 high-conductivity aluminum strands, ideal for long-span and renewable energy evacuation projects.
