We manufacture High Tension (HT) Aerial Bunched (AB) Cables that serve as a safe and efficient alternative to conventional bare conductors and underground cabling for overhead power transmission and distribution. These cables are designed for voltage grades up to 33 kV and are equipped with aluminium phase conductors ranging from 16 sq.mm to 300 sq.mm. The messenger or messenger-cum-neutral (bare or insulated) is available up to 150 sq.mm, with street lighting conductor sizes ranging from 16 sq.mm to 35 sq.mm. For HT AB cables, insulation is provided with XLPE, while additional screening ensures safety and performance through an extruded semiconductive compound (bonded or strippable) combined with a metallic screen of copper tape or copper wire with helix tape. The sheathing is made of PVC ST-2 or PE ST-7, offering excellent durability and resistance to environmental conditions, making these cables ideal for reliable HT overhead distribution systems.
